1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Maple Leaf Immigration (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to clients (“you” or “the applicant”) who engage us for Work Permit consultation and application processing. By signing an agreement, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Maple Leaf Immigration provides assistance with:

• Work permit eligibility assessment.

• Preparation and submission of work permit applications.

• Guidance on required documents and procedures.

• Liaison with relevant immigration authorities where applicable.

⚠️ Note: The Company does not guarantee the approval of any work permit application. Approval is solely at the discretion of government authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities

The applicant agrees to:

1. Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information and documents.

2. Cooperate with the Company in a timely manner for submission deadlines.

3. Notify the Company immediately of any changes in personal circumstances, legal status, or supporting documents.

4. Pay the service fees and government charges as applicable.

4. Fees & Payments

• All service fees must be paid as agreed in the service contract.

• Government fees, embassy charges, medicals, biometrics, and other third-party costs are the responsibility of the applicant.

• Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of application outcome.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No refund will be issued once the application is submitted to immigration authorities.

• Refunds may be considered only if the Company fails to provide agreed consultancy services before submission.ere...
